After creating and selling large metal outdoor wall sculptures in Santa Fe, New Mexico for more than 3 decades, successful artist Barbara Day Romero decided to more to Tucson, AZ, Her two children reside in Tucson. Well into her 80's, the plan was to retire, though she did not anticipate the overwhelming desire to keep painting. This led to a new exciting challenge for the artist, painting pots. A little more than a year later, the pots have evolved into beautiful, colorful, unique art forms. To avoid being run over by possessing way too many pots, Barbara donates them to art loving people and worthy local charities.
